By signing up for or using HostCaptain services, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies outlined on our website.
We provide shared hosting services for websites, including storage, bandwidth, and technical support. Hosting accounts are subject to fair usage policies, as detailed in Section 7.
Our cloud solutions offer scalable resources, including virtual private servers, cloud backups, and managed services. Specific details regarding uptime and support are outlined in your plan agreement.
Dedicated server clients receive full access to isolated server environments for their exclusive use. You are responsible for managing server configurations unless you opt for a managed service plan.
You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to us immediately.
Services are billed on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis as per your selected plan. Payments must be made on or before the due date to avoid service interruptions. HostCaptain reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for unpaid invoices. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
HostCaptain guarantees 99.9% uptime for all hosting, cloud, and dedicated server services. Scheduled maintenance and unavoidable events (e.g., force majeure) are excluded from uptime calculations. Compensation for downtime is limited to credits applied to future invoices and is at our discretion.
HostCaptain performs regular backups for shared hosting accounts; however, backups are not guaranteed. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups for critical data, particularly for cloud and dedicated servers.
Voluntary Termination: You may cancel your services at any time by contacting our support team. Involuntary Termination: We reserve the right to terminate services for violations of these terms, non-payment, or unlawful activities.
HostCaptain reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
HostCaptain shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the affected service during the 30 days prior to the event.
